online shopping experience. When you make a stock purchase at t55products.com,
we save your credit card information for an even faster checkout next

pre-order models.
We safeguard the integrity of our customers' credit card information. If your credit card or debit card ("credit card") is used in an unauthorized manner on our site (as determined by your credit card company), we will cover whatever amount your credit card company doesn't – up to $50.

Credit Card Safety
Protecting the safety of your credit card information
is important to us. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to protect
the security of your credit card information as it is transmitted to
us.
SSL is the gold standard in Internet encryption technology, which is a fancy way of saying that it's a highly sophisticated method of scrambling data as it travels from your computer to our website's servers.
If someone steals your credit card information or uses your credit card in an unauthorized manner on our site (as determined by your credit card company) through no fault of your own we'll cover up to $50 of the charges your credit card company doesn't. What's more, we'll do what we can to make the whole process as hassle-free as can be.
Bank or credit card company liability
Under the Fair Credit Billing Act,
your bank or credit card company cannot hold you liable for more than
$50 of unauthorized or fraudulent charges on a credit card. Your liability
for unauthorized use of a debit card may be higher, but most debit card
issuers voluntarily apply the $50 limit to their cards as well. If your
bank does hold you liable for any amount up to $50, t55products.com
will cover the liability imposed on you, up to $50. t55products.com
will cover this amount only if the unauthorized use of your credit card
occurred at t55products.com and through no fault of your own.
Remember: If unauthorized use of your credit or debit card does occur, you must notify your card provider, in accordance with the agreement you have with the company.
Your credit card information is secure
To make sure you are accessing our secure server before you submit personal
financial information, look at the lower left-hand corner of your browser.
If you see an unbroken key or a closed lock (depending upon your browser),
then SSL is active. To double-check for security, look at the URL or
Location line of your browser. If you have accessed a secure server,
the first characters of the address in that line should change from "http" to "https."
Some browser versions and some firewalls don't permit communication through secure servers like the ones we use to process orders at t55products.com. Credit Cards Taken
We take Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. We do make
use of the 3 digit security code (CSV) found on the back of the card
at the signature line. This is to safeguard the purchase for you and
for us as online merchants.
DEPOSIT Information:
Future Items
T55 Products, Inc allows for pre-ordering of our products
directly online. However, to secure the order, we demand 10% or a $25.00
minimum NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-TRANSFERABLE deposit from online retail customers
on each item ordered. All the items that you have in your shopping bag
appear in your order during checkout. If you do not want to order all
the items, simply edit your shopping bag first. When you click ‘Submit
Order’, you will be connected to our third party credit card processing
company, where your credit card will be verified securely.
If your order contains a STAND-BY item, while your credit card information will be collected, only items with a ‘firm/reserved’ status will need a deposit at that time. If all your shopping cart items are in ‘stand-by’ status, we will collect your credit card information for verification, but not charge your credit card unless the item becomes available.
At the time the item would be available, if you have not cancelled your order, your credit card will be charged the deposit, and you will be notified of the charge.
Cancellations
All cancellations are final, and any placed deposits are
non-refundable, and non-transferable. If you cancel a stand-by order,
you will not lose any money, but your place in line for a model will
be lost. Even if you replace the order that day, you will be placed in
line for that item with your new order date. All our orders are date
and time sensitive, in order to effectively and fairly handle model demand.
Therefore, please be sure that you no longer want a model that you have
placed on order with us.
If we cancel a model or a series of models in which you have an order placed, your deposit WILL be refunded.
